92glory Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and 92glory ("the Platform", "We", "Us") and govern your use of all products, services, games, and features available at 92glory. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 92glory platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 92glory platform, and you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

92glory operates as an online gaming and betting platform. All transactions on 92glory are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to any deposit, withdrawal, or balance shown on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 92glory, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 92glory does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Identity: You must register using your real name, accurate contact details, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• One Account: Each person is permitted to hold only one active 92glory account. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Personal Use: Your 92glory account is for your personal use only. You may not allow another person to access, operate, or bet through your account. Shared account use is treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Not a Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing 92glory from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.

92glory reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of a valid national ID card, CNIC, or passport) at any point during your membership. Verification requests must be responded to within the timeframe specified in the request. Accounts that fail to complete verification may be suspended pending resolution.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 92glory account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 92glory support immediately at support@92glory.wine. 92glory is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to take reasonable precautions.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Funds

All deposits and withdrawals on 92glory are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Payment Methods: 92glory supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location within Pakistan.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your 92glory wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing partner.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 10–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. 92glory does not impose artificial withdrawal delays.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: 92glory may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point thereafter. Providing accurate verification documents is a condition of withdrawal.
• Fund Ownership: Funds deposited into your 92glory account remain your property. They are held separately from 92glory operational funds. 92glory does not use member funds for its own operational expenses.

92glory does not charge members for deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside 92glory's control. Any such fees are the responsibility of the member.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

92glory offers various promotional bonuses to members including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms stated in the specific promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) and eligible games for wagering will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time limit stated in the promotion. Unused or un-wagered bonuses expire automatically at the end of the promotional period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active in your 92glory account at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 92glory contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, crash games, and certain slot formats may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion page for contribution details.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, arbitrage betting across platforms to exploit promotional odds, or using bonuses in a way clearly designed to extract value without genuine gameplay — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

92glory reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute about a bonus, the decision of 92glory is final. Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully completed.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 92glory, including pre-match and live in-play markets across all sports covered by the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 92glory at the time of placement. 92glory reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation, including bets placed after an event has started where live data has not been updated.
• Void Bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, abandoned before the minimum time required for a result, or rescheduled more than 24 hours from the original start time. Specific rules for cricket match abandonment (DLS) are set out in the game-specific cricket betting rules available on the platform.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical or human error (for example, a match winner offered at 100:1 on a heavily favoured team) will be voided at 92glory's discretion. The stake will be returned.
• Maximum Winnings: 92glory applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. 92glory reserves the right to limit the maximum bet stake accepted from any individual member.
• Accumulator Rules: All selections in an accumulator must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one leg is void, it is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at reduced combined odds.
• Live Betting: 92glory's live betting markets are updated in real time. Bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined — whether due to data delay or technical issues — will be voided. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their bet reflects current match state.

92glory follows the ruling of the relevant official governing body for all sporting results. In the event of a dispute about a result, the official governing body's decision is final and will be used for settlement purposes.

6. Live Casino Rules

Live casino games at 92glory are sourced from licensed third-party studio providers. The following rules apply to all live casino activity:

• Real Equipment: Live casino results are determined by physical equipment operated by real dealers in studio environments. Results are not generated by software and cannot be manipulated by 92glory or the member.
• Disconnection: If you disconnect during a live game round in which you have active bets, your bets remain valid and will be settled based on the actual game outcome. 92glory is not responsible for losses arising from connection failures on the member's side.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a genuine studio malfunction that compromises the integrity of a round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. This determination is made solely by the studio provider and their results will be treated as final by 92glory.
• Table Limits: All live casino tables display minimum and maximum bet limits before you join. Bets placed outside these limits will not be accepted. Limits may change based on time of day, VIP status, or specific table availability.

7. Poker Room Rules

The 92glory poker room operates under the following specific rules in addition to the general Terms:

• Rake: 92glory charges a rake on cash game pots and tournament entry fees. Rake structures for each game format and stake level are displayed in the poker lobby before you sit down or register for a tournament.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including sharing hand information in real time, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to unfairly advantage a group of players over others — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds.
• Software Assistance: The use of automated bots, poker solvers that provide real-time decisions, or any third-party software designed to provide an unfair advantage over other human players is prohibited at 92glory.
• Tournament Registration: Once a tournament has started, buy-ins are non-refundable except where 92glory cancels the tournament before it begins, in which case entry fees will be returned in full to member wallets.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92glory and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, or both — along with forfeiture of any balance found to have been generated through the prohibited activity:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 92glory account in any name, on any device, or through any household.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks on deposits that have already been used on the platform, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event, or any involvement in fixing the outcome of events that are offered for betting on 92glory.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine gaming activity, including the use of multiple accounts, VPN services, or coordinated multi-user schemes to claim multiple bonuses.
• Hacking or Interference: Any attempt to interfere with the technical infrastructure, software, or security systems of 92glory.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to 92glory by any person under 18 years of age.

If 92glory closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@92glory.wine within 30 days. Where funds are withheld due to suspected fraud or breach, 92glory will explain the basis for the decision and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final determination is made.

92glory reserves the right to limit the maximum bet, maximum winnings, or total account activity of any member where the platform reasonably suspects patterns of play that are inconsistent with genuine entertainment use.

9. Responsible Gaming

92glory is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all 92glory members at no cost from within the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a set duration of continuous gameplay.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from 92glory. Temporary exclusions can be set for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During a self-exclusion period, 92glory will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded member and will close any remaining marketing communications to that account.

92glory does not offer credit or allow members to bet with borrowed funds. All betting must be conducted using funds available in your 92glory account wallet.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92glory platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 92glory or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the 92glory platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 92glory content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of 92glory intellectual property may result in legal action.

Third-party game content available through 92glory (including live casino streams, slot games, and sports data feeds) remains the property of the respective third-party providers and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with 92glory.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92glory's liability to any member is limited to the amount held in that member's account at the time a claim arises. 92glory is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruption of service, technical faults, or platform downtime — whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the 92glory platform.
• Actions of third-party payment providers including delays, failures, or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Fluctuations in odds or betting markets between the time you intend to place a bet and the time the bet is confirmed.

92glory makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits 92glory's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

92glory reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 92glory will notify active members via email to the registered address, or via an in-platform notification displayed on next login. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 92glory platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using 92glory and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Your account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or changes to contact details — may be made without prior notification. These will not affect your substantive rights as a member.

13. Contact, Complaints & Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about a transaction or game outcome, or a dispute with 92glory, please follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your query or complaint to 92glory's support team via live chat on the platform or by emailing support@92glory.wine. Include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or transaction references.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your query is not resolved to your satisfaction through support, you may submit a formal written complaint to the same email address marked "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. 92glory will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
• Step 3 — Decision: The decision communicated by 92glory at the conclusion of the formal complaint process is final. In disputes relating to technical game malfunctions, the determination of the relevant game provider will be treated as the authoritative record of what occurred.

These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any translation or interpretation discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction.
